Casa Stories · Holiday 2026
November at the barn has its own rhythm. The show calendar thins out, the horses earn a few easy days, and someone always brings coffee for the whole aisle.
It's also when the question starts coming in: what do you give the rider who already has everything? After many years in tack rooms, our answer is simple. Give them something they'll reach for every week. The best equestrian gifts earn a permanent place in the show bag or the grooming box.
So we've edited this guide the way we'd shop for our own barn family: by budget, with a few notes along the way.
In Focus
Trolle & Horse Pilot
Two of the names we reach for most at Casa, and the easiest way to give something they'll wear all season.
Trolle
Understated, beautifully made riding wear in soft tones and premium fabrics. The kind of pieces that look as good at the barn as they do after it.
Horse Pilot
French technical riding wear, built for performance and made to look sharp doing it. Easy layers for cold mornings at the barn.
01
Stocking Stuffers
Small, considered and easy to love. Good socks and a fine lip balm are never regifted. Ask any rider in January.
02
For the Barn Aisle
Shopping for the horse is really shopping for the rider. A soft brush, a bonnet for show days and a fleece for cold mornings are used every single day.
03
Under $300
Pieces that move from the barn to dinner without a change. The heated vest is the one they won’t take off before 8am.
04
The Keepers
For the gift they’ll still be riding in years from now. With boots, helmets and airbag vests, fit is everything, so check sizing with us before you wrap it.
A Few of Our Notes
Shop for what they reach for, not what they already own.
Unsure of a size? Ask us before you buy.
Wrap it in a tote. That’s two gifts.
If it’s shipping, order early.
When in doubt, a gift card always fits.
Happy holidays from all of us at Casa Equestre. However you spend them, we hope there’s a barn in it somewhere.
