Dispatch times may vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made regarding delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal services or force majeure events, for which we will not be responsible.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance.

A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. Only the goods listed in the dispatch confirmation email will be included in the contract.

Pricing and Availability

While we strive to ensure accuracy, errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing:

If we cannot contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

Prices quoted on the Website are final prices and may differ from in-store pricing. The price at the time of ordering will be honored.

Delivery costs are clearly displayed and included in the total cost.

Casa Equestre is not responsible for currency fluctuations or bank conversion rates.

If an item becomes out of stock after ordering, we will refund the unavailable item and ship the remaining goods. Orders cannot be held or cancelled once packing has begun.

Delivery and Returns

Shipping costs will be added where applicable.

Exchanges and Refunds

You may request an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

• Items are returned in perfect condition
  
• Original labels and packaging remain intact
  
• The original invoice is included
  

Returns with removed labels will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Lost return shipments are not compensated.

Refunds will be processed within 30 working days after receipt of returned goods and issued to the original payment method.

Additional duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty items confirmed as production defects will be exchanged (subject to availability) or refunded within 14 days of delivery.

Items purchased through wholesale partners, third-party retailers, or other entities outside Casa Equestre’s official e-commerce platform must be returned directly to the original seller.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and selected local payment methods.

A pre-authorization check will be conducted to ensure sufficient funds. Your card will be charged once the order has been accepted.

Discount Codes

Promotional codes may be offered from time to time.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid only until the stated expiry date.
