Returns & Exchanges Policy
This policy applies to all products purchased directly through the Casa Equestre online store.
1. Return window
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 calendar days of the original delivery date.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must first request a Return Authorization by sending an email to casaequestre7@gmail.com. Once approved you'll receive detailed return instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
2. Product Condition Requirements
As a curator of premium equestrian equipment and apparel, maintaining pristine product condition is essential.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet all of the following criteria:
Pristine Condition
The item must be new, unused, and unwashed.
No signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Apparel & Riding Boots
Must show no hair, dirt, dust, scuffing, creasing, odors, or signs of riding use. Boot soles must be completely clean and unmarked.
Original Packaging & Tags
All original tags must remain attached and intact.
Items must be returned in their original packaging (boot boxes, protective dust bags, helmet covers, etc.).
Please note: the outer shipping carton is not considered original packaging.
Proof of Purchase
The original receipt or order confirmation must be included.
3. Return Options
Refund
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus the original shipping charges.
Exchange
Items may be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Store Credit
Customers may opt to receive store credit for future purchases.
4. Shipping Responsibility
Preference Returns or Size Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Casa Equestre is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If your return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item shipped or verified manufacturing defect), Casa Equestre will cover both the return shipping and the re-shipment costs (for exchanges).
5. Non-Eligible Items
To uphold hygiene standards and protect the integrity of our products, the following items are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
Personalized or Custom-Made Items
Including boots, apparel, or accessories made with custom color options, monograms, or special measurements.
Final Sale or Clearance Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Discounted or Sale Items
Products purchased at a discount or during a promotional sale are non-refundable but may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery (subject to availability).
Undergarments and Socks
For hygiene reasons.
Select Horse Accessories or Tack
Including used bits or any item that has had direct contact with a horse (such as saddle pads showing hair or use).
Safety equipment.
Important Notice
Casa Equestre reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above condition standards. Items that do not comply will be returned to the customer at their expense.
