Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Casa Equestre we want you to love what you ride in. Because much of what we sell is fitted, personal, or safety-related equipment, please read this policy carefully before ordering. Placing an order means you have read and agreed to the terms below.
Cancellations
Order cancellations will incur a 10% fee on the refunded amount. This covers credit card processing fees and any shipping charges for items already in transit from our suppliers.
Return Timelines
Products being returned or exchanged in accordance with the categories below must be back in Casa Equestre's possession within 14 days from delivery of the product, per the documented fulfillment date. No returns or exchanges received back in inventory after 14 days will be accepted.
Items must be unused (not ridden in), with original tags and original packaging intact.
Return Shipping
We ask that the customer takes care of return shipping, and we recommend using a tracked service. Please send us the tracking information. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Sizing & Fit
We strongly advise contacting us for sizing advice prior to ordering online to ensure proper fit, especially on safety equipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the size and condition of the product being purchased.

All returns require that products be unused, not ridden in, with original tags and packaging.
Helmets
For safety and hygiene reasons, helmets are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Because a helmet's protective integrity cannot be verified once it has left our possession, all helmet sales are final. Please contact us for fit guidance before ordering.
Air Vests & Airbags
For safety reasons, air vests and airbags are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for store credit or refund. Because the protective function of these items cannot be verified once they have left our possession, all air vest and airbag sales are final. Please contact us for sizing and fit guidance before ordering.
Apparel & Clothing
Clothing can be exchanged or returned for store credit or refund provided it is unused, not ridden in, and has original tags intact.
Tack & Equipment
Tack and equipment can be exchanged or returned for store credit or refund provided it is unused and in original packaging.
Footwear & Boots
All footwear, including riding boots, is final sale. Footwear is not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit. Please contact us for sizing and fit guidance before ordering.
Accessories
Accessories can be exchanged or returned for store credit or refund provided they are unused with original tags and packaging.
Custom Items
Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale or as a special discount are FINAL SALE — no returns, exchanges, or refunds. Sale items may have minor blemishes such as slight discoloration, but none that prevent the item from being used for its intended purpose. If you would like specific photos before purchasing, just ask. Failure to read this policy does not constitute entitlement to an exchange or refund.
Damaged Items
Please notify us within 7 days if a package is received damaged. Beyond 7 days we are unable to file a damage claim, and refunds or exchanges for damaged items will not be offered outside that window.
How to Return
Please notify us by email at hello@casaequestre.com within 14 business days of receiving your item. Return requests made outside of email will not be processed.
Contact us with your order number and which items you wish to return before sending anything back. Return address and instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
You can expect credits, refunds, or exchanges within 5 business days of our receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
Chargebacks
Fraudulent financial chargebacks will be addressed using all legal remedies available to Casa Equestre, including pursuing liquidated damages.
